walk2talk.online does not sell services and does not accept or process payments of any kind. Nothing on this site is an offer, a booking, or a binding agreement. If you use the contact or consultation forms, you are only starting a conversation — any actual arrangement about services, deliverables, timing or price is discussed and agreed individually and directly with Émile Laurent, and only after your explicit confirmation.
When you use the contact or booking forms, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, and message, plus phone number, preferred city or topic if you choose to provide them. We also store a record of your cookie preference (see the Cookie Policy) in your browser's local storage. We don't ask for or knowingly collect any sensitive personal information through this site.
Form submissions are used only to reply to your enquiry and, where relevant, to arrange and plan a free consultation or a walk. We don't use your contact details for unrelated marketing, and we don't sell or rent your information to anyone. If you've given consent through the cookie banner, we may in future use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand how the site is used, or advertising tools (such as Google Ads) to measure campaigns — but only ever after you've opted in, never by default.
Your form submissions are handled by our hosting provider in order to deliver this site and process the form. We do not currently run any analytics or advertising service on this site. If that changes, the relevant service (for example Google Analytics or Google Ads) will only be activated for visitors who have given consent, as described in the Cookie Policy, and this page will be updated accordingly.
Enquiry details are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and, where a project goes ahead, to deliver it — typically no longer than 24 months from your last contact, unless we're required to keep something longer for legal or accounting reasons. Your cookie preference is stored locally in your own browser for 30 days, after which you'll simply be asked again.
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to tell you what we hold. If you're in Australia, these requests are handled in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. If you're in the European Economic Area or the UK, you have equivalent rights under the GDPR, including the right to withdraw consent at any time and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we'll remove it.
We may update this policy from time to time, for example if the site starts using a new tool or service. The date at the top of this page always reflects the latest version.
