Where we walk

Four home cities, and almost anywhere else by arrangement.

Every walk2talk location is chosen on foot, not from a car window. That usually means a route Émile has walked himself before suggesting it to a guest — a path with somewhere to sit if the conversation needs to slow down, and enough distance to let a longer story unfold properly. Below are the four cities where that groundwork is already done.

Sydney

Base city, and the one Émile knows best. Most walks here follow the harbour foreshore or the coastal path between the eastern beaches — water on one side, the story on the other. It's also where most first-time guests are based, so logistics tend to be the simplest here.

Melbourne

Laneways, the Yarra river trail, and a city built for conversation at street level. A regular stop given how many walk2talk guests have landed here first — Melbourne's mix of arts, hospitality and tech scenes tends to produce especially detailed career-change stories.

Brisbane

The river boardwalks and the city's subtropical pace make for a slower, warmer kind of conversation than the southern cities usually allow. Brisbane also comes up often in conversations about the outdoor lifestyle that drew people to Queensland specifically.

Gold Coast

Beach walks, mostly — useful for guests whose story is really about the lifestyle that brought them to Australia in the first place, and a favourite for tourism and hospitality brand collaborations.

Anywhere else, by arrangement

Regional Australia and other cities are absolutely possible — travel timing and cost are simply worked out individually once a booking takes shape, during the free consultation. If your story is tied to a specific town, a regional coastline or a rural property, say so early and it'll be factored into the proposal rather than ruled out by default.
